Overview:

Our 37mm Launchers are NOT firearms.  Do NOT fire any round meant for a firearm in any 37mm launcher.  Specifically, do not use an adapter to fire 12 gauge or centerfire rounds or rimfire rounds.  DO NOT use Beehive rounds.  This launcher is not a firearm and damage to yourself, or the launcher is likely if you violate this warning.  Further, you would be in violation of BATF rules.  The Warranty will be void under any of these conditions.  Please review our warranty Legal, Privacy & Return Policy.

Do you need a license to own or shoot 37mm launchers?

Short answer is NO.  You do not need a license to own or operate a 37mm launcher.  37mm is considered a signaling device.  However, extreme care and safety should be taken.

– never point directly at someone (even if unloaded)
– keep your finger off the trigger until ready to use
– eye protection is strongly encouraged while operating the launcher
– keep the launcher on “safe” until ready to use

Important note: per the ATF ruling found here, using ammo deemed as anti-personnel will make the 37mm launcher a “destructive device” which is subject to the registration and tax provisions of the National Firearms Act (NFA).  Therefore, do not use with anti-personnel ammunition as defined in the ATF document above!

 Do you offer discounts to LEO?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to our LEO heroes (first responders, police, military, etc)!

What is the warranty and return policy?

All of our launcher products are warranted against manufacturing defects that make their use unsafe.  Please contact us for authorization to return any defective item.  All of our products EXCEPT AMMUNITION can be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price.  You MUST contact us for Return Authorization.  Shipping to us is your responsibility and shipping costs will not be refunded.  Products must be returned in “as New” condition.  Firing any launcher voids the return privilege. Are there any restrictions with shipping to NY or CA?
